Sweden - Prinsesstårta - original drawing.

Inspired by my trip in Sweden.

The question isn’t whether you should eat a slice of Prinsesstårta (Princess cake), it’s how often.

One of the most loved and delicious Swedish desserts, this delicate sponge cake with its whipped cream inside keep it light and its  marzipan shell add just the right amount of sweet nutty flavor. You can’t mistake it: it’s the green one with the pink rose.
