When Mary Jean Baker LaMay asked me if I had a menu drawing that Cliff Simon would like, because he so deserves a show of appreciation for selflessly giving away his beautiful cake creations daily to the people of his neighborhood, I just loved that idea so much, I wanted to make a custom one for him. Then I thought: he definitely earned his induction in the “Seen in Birmingham” series. So here is the Cliff Cakes one. These cakes truly have love in them.
